Exercise is critical to your well being. Our wellness center offers residents a comprehensive wellness program which incorporates strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular development. Participation in the wellness program may reduce the risk of physical disability as well as improve current conditions. The classes offered are low impact classes that follow the recommendations of the American College of Sports Medicine. Personalized cardiovascular training is available to any resident who chooses to take advantage of the opportunity.
