is designed to meet the special medical needs of our residents.
We are fully licensed for Intermediate, Skilled and Rehabilitation/Medicare.
We feature private rooms with beautiful courtyard views.
Our highly trained and dedicated staff specializes in making residents
feel appreciated and loved.
Nursing Medical Services Available:
- Pre-Admission Needs Assessment Interview
by the Health Care Team (including the resident, members of the
supporting family, resident's personal physician and The Methodist
Oaks' Professional Staff).
- On-Going Nursing Assessment of the resident's
physical and mental status, with appropriate intervention identified
and implemented.
- Around-the-clock nursing staff providing
the highest quality professional nursing care.
